KOPPLIN & KUEBLER, LLC is pleased to announce the affiliation of Lisa Carroll as Relationship Manager for the firm. Lisa is no stranger to the club business, having provided key training and educational services to CMAA affiliated clubs and other businesses over the years. She is a Certified Technical Trainer, a Microsoft Certified Trainer, a Microsoft Certified Professional, and a Microsoft Office Master. Additionally, she has spoken at 6 CMAA World Conferences, facilitated over 30 CMI Chapter workshops, and delivered training and support for over 50 individual clubs.

Lisa also facilitates FranklinCovey training under CMAA's training license agreement. These training programs include: Focus: Achieving Your Highest Priorities, Project Management: An Approach that Works, and Writing Advantage: Tools for Highly Effective Communication, all of which are significantly important to leaders and their teams in today’s club world.

Her focus for KOPPLIN & KUEBLER, LLC will be the further engagement and development of candidate and club client relationships, as well as the coordination of seminars and strategic planning and consulting work with club clients. She will also be providing her professional development and training programs to support and enhance client club operations.
